Rooted in Our Community. Proven in Educational Leadership.
As a dedicated public school parent and a 16-year resident of our community, my commitment to our schools is deeply personal. But making our classrooms safe, modern, and financially sound takes more than good intentions—it takes real operational expertise.
With a career grounded in school district operations, educational leadership, and fiscal stewardship as a certified public school Chief Business Official, I understand how school systems run from the ground up. I’ve managed multi-million-dollar facilities projects, built transparent budgets, and worked directly to ensure classroom dollars actually reach our students and teachers.
Our board needs leadership that unites a parent’s heart with the proven executive experience to hold systems accountable, modernize our facilities, and ensure every student thrives. I would be honored to earn your vote.
A Heritage of Service and Faith; Defending Diversity and Protecting our Children.
Public service is not just a career for me—it is a lifelong calling rooted in my heritage and faith. As a first-generation American and a practicing Catholic, I grew up learning the core values of duty, humility, and integrity from my father and both grandfathers, proud veterans of the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. Their commitment to defending and serving our nation shaped my own conviction to dedicate my life to strengthening our local community. They taught me that true leadership means stepping up to serve the common good with integrity, humility, and purpose.
Leadership Grounded in Purpose and Preparation
That calling led me to Grand Canyon University—a nonprofit Christian institution—where I earned my Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Rooted in values-based governance, my education reinforced a simple truth: effective leadership begins with serving others, building trust, and being a dependable steward of our community’s trust and resources.
Tackling Real Challenges with Proven Insights
As a PhD Doctoral Candidate in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology, I am directly researching the critical factors that influence teacher retention across California public schools. While others talk about staffing shortages, I am actively studying the organizational environments, administrative supports, and workplace dynamics required to recruit, support, and retain our top educators.
Combining the lived perspective of a district parent, executive operational expertise, and a values-driven dedication to public service, I am ready to bring thoughtful, evidence-based leadership to our school board.
